Create a New OpenBuildings Energy Simulator Project
Create a new, blank project or create a conceptual project using a wizard interface.
Accessed from: Opens the New dialog, where a File name for the new DGN is entered. Clicking Save proceeds creating a new project. The Create Energy Services Project dialog opens. You can promote the project in two ways:

|---|---|
| Standard Project | Creates a blank project. |
| Conceptual Project | Opens the Conceptual Design Dialog. |
| Cancel | Closes the dialog without creating any project. |
